Formed in 1992, Opens Arts is an arts disability charity, who work with disabled people across all forms of arts. Their core programme is their adult programme, which is run on a weekly basis. They also run programmes to engage children into the arts. Their emphasis is on artist development for the disabled people, who if they choose, can develop to become practising artists.
